The following list of resources are tools for congregational discernment. They are grounded in a framework that includes individual reflection, but is centered around communal conversation. While these processes will not solve all problems, they can help identify core challenges, priorities, or next steps. While these are available for congregations to self-lead, synod staff are also available for facilitation and conversation.
