As we continue to use more and more digital technology to conduct worship, questions frequently arise as to licensing requirements and copyright protection. Michael Moore, Rights Management Specialist, from 1517 Media (formerly Augsburg Press) will discuss licensing differences between in-person and on-line worship regarding licenses required for hymn use and liturgy use. As more and more services are being streamed on-line, it’s important to know that we are fully respecting the copyrights of others. Mr. Moore states he is interested in covering issues most concerning to the group.
